Introductory Belly Dance Class (if you've never taken a dance class, this is for you! Learn basic isolations and simple choreography) OR Intermediate Belly Dance Class (delve into more complex steps & choreography) All classes are low impact set to authentic music in a supportive atmosphere. Classes are designed to promote good posture and grace while getting great exercise! A typical class includes warm ups, isolation techniques and drills, dance combinations, travel moves, choreography, cool downs and révérance. here are some of the tantalizing moves you'll learn chest isolations such as pops, slides, circles, undulations, and roll-ups arm movements including snake arms, shoulder shimmies, shoulder rolls and wrist rolls hip moves such as snaps, mayas, pistons, figure eights, and drops the exquisite Veil Technique and Lotus Hands
